First Penance – 2nd Class
Dear parents,
As you know your child is receiving the Sacrament of Penance next Monday, March 13th at 7:30pm. All pupils are to be seated in the church for 7:20 p.m. Children need to wear their full school uniform. Please refrain from using cameras, mobile phones, etc. at any stage during the ceremony; a group photo will be taken at the end. Please ensure that children have been to the toilet before they come to the church so as to avoid any unnecessary interruptions during the ceremony. This year the children will be seated at the top of the church. Please refrain from making unnecessary noise while the children are confessing their sins. The children and their families are invited back to the school hall afterwards for refreshments.
Thanking you for your continued support,
First Holy Communion
