Dear Parents /Guardians,
We are now accepting application forms for the school year 2020/21.
If you still require a place we would ask that you please complete all the attached forms and return to the office no later than January 30th, 2020. Failure to return your application forms by that date will indicate to the school that your child no longer requires a place and the allocated place may be offered to another applicant.
We would appreciate it if you do not require a place if you could return the unused forms.
Each completed application form must be accompanied by:
Original Birth Certificate (which will be photocopied and given back to you)
1 Passport photo of your child for our records.
