RSA Street Smart

All this week Street Smart Kids run by the Road Safety Authority have been working with all our pupils. Street Smart Kids set up a pretend village in our hall. Children were invited to carry out everyday cycling and pedestrian tasks, letting them learn from their own experiences and those of their classmates. Children also learned about traveling safely in a car. At the end of their workshop and if they didn’t end up in our village ‘hospital’, children were rewarded with their own personalised safety licences as a record for completing their road safety activities. Thankfully, nobody ended up in ‘hospital’ and everyone passed the Street Smart test. Well done everybody!
