Cork Bike Week

Cork Bike Week will take place from Saturday 22nd June until Sunday 30th June 2019. With events taking place throughout Cork City and County during the week long cycling celebration.

National Bike Week was launched in 2009 to raise the profile of cycling as a healthy and fun mode of transport and physical activity. See for event details in your area. GET ON YOUR BIKE FOR BIKE WEEK 2019!!

We started the celebrations early with 5th class who took part in cycling activities this morning. We did a slow race, bike limbo, follow the leader and an obstacle course. We got plenty fresh air and exercise while having lots of fun too. It was great to see the bike rack so full today. Well done to all who took part.
